About Xander Schultz

After facing adversity early -  his Olympic champion father Dave was murdered when he was nine (portrayed in the movie Foxcatcher) - Xander Schultz found purpose as a social entrepreneur, impact investor, and activist focused on maximizing the freedom of oppressed people and elevating changemakers. In Silicon Valley, Xander helped found consumer tech companies Kifi (acquired by Google), and Complete - two social platforms dedicated to helping people help each other. In 2016, Xander went on to co-found refugee aid organization WWBT with his wife Zoë. In 2017, he joined MIke Novogratz family office as an entrepreneur-in-residence, with a focus on innovating to support Galaxy Gives portfolio leaders. Today - while still playing a leading roll at WWBT - Xander organized donor networks to build One For Democracy, is supporting Black community organizers through Defeat By Tweet, chatting with changemakers on his What We Don't Know Podcast, and helping bring mental wellness to more people via a VR meditation platform (in development).
